• PhD in Population Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal
Dr Nkeka Peter Tseole is a Social Scientist interested in Public Health, Population issues and Community
Engagement research. He holds a PhD in Population Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN)
and has worked as a researcher and a Junior lecturer in UKZN. His has been a postdoctoral research fellow in
the School of Nursing and Public Health in UKZN participating in multidisciplinary research. At the moment
he is working on water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) practices in rural KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. His
previous research involvement was in HIV/AIDS management, non-communicable disease risk factors
among adult men and Community based Learning, ICTs and Quality of Life (CLIQ).
